Multicom is a multi-disciplinary team having the following competences :

 software development of models and tools for the HIS (Computer-Human Interaction)
 hardware system development containing RFID (Radio Frequency ID) and sensors
 cognitive ergonomics (analysis of activity, tasks models, comprehension, memorizing, analysis of emotions)
 sociology (analysis of uses, investigations, questionnaires)
 statistics (oculometric measurements, analysis of datas, conception of questionnaires)

Multicom develops two activities which grow rich mutually :

 Research itself
 Performances of service, (eg participatory design, user evaluation or interactive systems’ validation.)
